This year we explore Suppression orders in Victoria: supporting or distorting justice? What's the balance between a fair trial and free press - making sure justice is done and is also seen to be done?

The annual Legal Laneway Breakfast brings together Victoria’s diverse legal sector to celebrate the start of the legal year.

Law Week

Law Week is an annual festival of events that makes learning about the law easy.
Thousands of Victorians flock to Law Week events in May each year to learn about the law and legal system. Presented by Victoria Law Foundation, Law Week offers Victorians the opportunity to find answers to everyday legal issues, go behind the scenes at the courts or simply get carried away in the drama of the law.
