Rights Limited: human rights in Victoria in the time of COVID-19

What are your human rights? Where do they come from? And what happens when they are constrained?
The COVID-19 restrictions have put our human rights in the spotlight like never before. We are all living with tension between our rights as individuals and our responsibilities as members of our community. Human rights protection is suddenly very real and very local. Could the current debate lead to an Australian national charter or bill of rights? And what difference would that make? Join us for a lively panel discussion on the impact and implications of COVID-19 on our human rights.
