Parliament and the Courts: Separation of Powers
On Thursday 3 March the Parliament of Victoria welcomed Judge Elizabeth Brimer from the County Court, Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Matt Fregon, and Clerk of the Legislative Council Robert McDonald to discuss the separation of powers, how the accountability measures work.
