Supporting people to self-represent through a discrimination claim

An upcoming JobWatch research report found that only 10% of survey respondents who experienced workplace discrimination proceeded with making a legal claim as the process was ‘too difficult’. JobWatch proposes to develop a ‘Discrimination Claims Self-Representation Kit’ to guide people through the process of running their own legal discrimination claim.
