Reflecting on a 10-year term as the Victorian Ombudsman
Thank you to all who tuned-in to our In Conversation event with Victorian Ombudsman, Deborah Glass.
About the event
For this year’s In Conversation we took the opportunity to speak with Victorian Ombudsman Deborah Glass. VLF Executive Director Lynne lead the conversation.
'A ten year non-renewable term as Ombudsman presents a rare opportunity to have significant impact on government systems and accountability in Victoria. Having worked at the Ombudsman's office for a couple of years early in Deborah's tenure, I have followed her investigations with great interest - as many have. As she nears the end of her decade in the job it was fantastic to have Deborah reflect on that experience in depth, and I hope you enjoy the conversation as much as I did,' Lynne said.
In Conversation features some of Victoria’s most interesting public legal figures discussing critical issues while also getting to know more about the people who lead our justice system.
