Classroom Law Talks

We can arrange seminars and presentations for VCE Legal Studies and Civics & Citizenship students across Victoria.

Our Classroom Law Talks program is on hold following government health advice on the COVID-19 pandemic. We look forward to resuming the program when safe. Please register your interest below and we’ll contact you when we’re back up and running.

In the meantime, check out our database of Legal Studies resources

What are Classroom Law Talks?

We arrange for speakers to meet with local students to talk about their professional life and experiences. We can also arrange talks that are directly relevant to the VCE curriculum. The talks provide students with an invaluable insight into the Law and the world they live in. Sessions are held at your school, in class or at a local court, and each session is tailored to meet the needs and interests of your students. Our speakers include regional circuit judges and barristers.

What schools are eligible?

Schools are eligible for Classroom Law Talks based on speaker availability throughout the year. Contact us if you would like to clarify your school’s eligibility for a Classroom Law Talk.

How much does it cost?

Classroom Law Talks are free.
